Since PARC Management took over Darien Lake in 2007 they have stressed local vendors for food. This is a very good thing. Western New York has some very good eats.
Darien Lake has always had a wide variety of good food. From small food stands to restaurants. Beaver Brothers is my favorite..
I'm looking forward to trying out more food vendors in 2008.

Opening weekend 2008 found us, once again, at Beaver Brothers.
Even though this was the opening weekend they had their full menu. The Burgers are big and juicy. Prices are good, especially for a Theme Park. On our next visit I tried the Prime Rib dinner. It was nicely done, very tender and flavorful.
The staff at Beaver Borthers have always been friendly and helpful this years crew is no exception.
Remember that Beaver Borthers offers a breakfast buffet on weekends. It offers cereals, muffins, bagels and breads, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy, potato pancakes, corn bread and fruit salad.

They have the best Chocolate soft serve Ice cream that I have ever had, anywhere. Very rich, intense chocolate flavor. Perfectly paired with a Waffle cone. I don't know how they do it. But the Chocolate has been like this since 1999, when I started coming to Darien Lake.

Red Osier Restaurant is a vendor for Roast Beef sandwiches this year. Red Osier is well known for some of the finest Prime Rib and Roast Beef anywhere. I'll be eating there regularly. We used to drive 45 minutes just to eat at their restaurant in Stafford NY.
